BLUECROSS BLUESHIELD of TENNESSEE
A complete redesign of the broker portal for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, including extensive user research, content auditing, and a full migration and expansion of the design system. This project modernized legacy tools, introduced new features, and empowered the internal team to take ownership of a scalable Figma-based system—transforming how brokers access information and support across multiple lines of business.
I had the opportunity to collaborate with Google’s internal Ads, Privacy, and Safety team on several high-visibility projects—including the Global Ads Transparency Center, Ad Search interface, and early exploration of an Ads Attribution Framework for search results. My work spanned UX strategy, interface design, and competitive research to support Google’s ongoing efforts toward transparency and user trust in advertising.
Performance Food Group
I partnered closely with the Performance Food Group Customer Experience Team to design an intuitive, scalable app serving over 300,000 customer locations. My work included user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design—focused on streamlining ordering, product discovery, financial status, and inventory reporting. In addition, I helped shape a custom design system to support long-term app development while aligning with existing web brand standards.
Our Daily Bread MINISTRIES
At Our Daily Bread Ministries, I’ve collaborated across departments—including design, marketing, IT, and project management—on some of the organization’s highest-priority digital initiatives. In many cases, I’ve served as both design lead and product owner, helping to shape the strategy and execution of projects that span web, mobile, print, and campaign ecosystems.
